Description

The Velvet is a compact LED wall spotlight with a 70mm diameter circular backplate in plated nickel and an adjustable cylindrical head containing an integrated 3W 3000K LED. The head rotates on a ball joint and pivots through approximately 90 degrees, allowing the beam to be directed at a wall, a desk surface, or angled down for reading beside a bed or armchair.

Designed for bedside reading, desk task lighting, artwork accent lighting, and close-range wall wash in hallways and alcoves, the Velvet fits on standard UK single-gang wiring and projects 85mm from the wall when the head is fully extended. The black switch on the backplate provides on/off control without needing to reach for a remote wall switch, making it practical for bedside use where the light needs to be turned off from the bed.

The plated nickel finish has a low-sheen satin appearance that sits between brushed nickel and polished chrome in reflectivity. The black joint detail and switch give a two-tone contrast that suits both industrial-leaning and contemporary neutral interiors. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor locations such as bedrooms, living rooms, home offices and hallways, and excludes use in bathrooms or outdoor zones.
