Unity Single Phase Track X-Connector - Black Surface Mounted

The Unity X-connector joins four single-phase track segments in a cross configuration, allowing track lighting to branch in four directions from a single junction point. Built from moulded black plastic with internal copper conductors, the connector maintains electrical continuity across all four arms while supporting the mechanical load of the track rails. Each arm measures 110mm from centre to outer edge, giving the complete connector a 110mm square footprint with a 23mm profile from the ceiling.

Designed for retail spaces, galleries, showrooms and residential rooms where track lighting needs to cover multiple zones from a central point, the X-connector enables layouts that branch into separate runs without additional wiring. The connector clips directly onto the ends of four track segments, with spring-loaded contacts inside each arm maintaining electrical connection to the track's live, neutral and earth rails. No tools are required for assembly beyond the initial track mounting to the ceiling.

Is this compatible with other track brands?

The Unity X-connector is designed for Maytoni Unity single-phase track. It may fit other single-phase track systems with the same profile and conductor spacing, but compatibility is not guaranteed. For mixed-brand installations, test-fit the connector before committing to a layout.

Can all four arms be loaded with track and fittings?

Yes. The connector is rated for AC 220-240V and maintains electrical continuity across all four arms. The total load depends on the circuit rating and the combined wattage of all fittings on the connected track segments, not the connector itself.

How is the connector installed?
