The Twilight is a 35cm diameter LED flush ceiling light with an integrated 12W 3000K LED behind a white powder-coated aluminium body. The fitting sits just 22mm below the ceiling line, making it one of the lowest-profile LED flush lights available and particularly suited to rooms with ceiling heights under 2.4m where deeper fittings would feel intrusive.

Designed for hallways, small bedrooms, utility rooms, cloakrooms and compact kitchens, the Twilight provides general ambient illumination across areas of 8-12m² without dominating the ceiling. The 318mm diameter spread distributes light evenly from a central point, and the white finish reflects ceiling colour to minimise visual contrast. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor environments.

The powder-coated aluminium body resists surface wear and minor impacts better than painted plastic equivalents, while the integral LED removes the need for bulb replacement over the fitting's typical lifespan. The 3000K colour temperature delivers warm white light that suits residential spaces and creates comfortable ambient lighting in the evening without the cooler clinical tone of 4000K+ LEDs.

Is the Twilight suitable for low ceilings?

Yes. The 22mm projection makes it one of the flattest LED flush fittings available, sitting almost flush with the ceiling surface. This works well in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.2-2.4m where deeper pendants or semi-flush fittings would feel oppressive.

Can the LED be replaced?

The LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000-30,000 hours of operation, which equates to 10-15 years of typical domestic use. Ideal Lux backs the fitting with a 5-year warranty.

Is it dimmable?

No. The integrated LED driver does not support dimming. The light output is fixed at 12W.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

The IP20 rating means the fitting is not protected against moisture ingress and must not be installed in bathroom zones 1, 2 or 3. It can be used in hallways and bedrooms adjacent to bathrooms where there is no direct spray or high humidity.
