Description

The Torsten is a 250mm tall outdoor wall light with a graphite-finished aluminium frame and an opaque polycarbonate diffuser panel across the front. The box-shaped housing contains a single E27 bulb (sold separately, up to 60W) which lights the diffuser from behind, casting an even wash of light across the front face and down onto the wall below.

Designed for modern residential and commercial exteriors, the Torsten suits house entrance walls, garage sides, courtyard walls and commercial building facades where a low-profile fitting is needed. The IP54 rating protects the internal components from dust ingress and water splashes, making it suitable for positions exposed to rain but not direct hosing or submersion. The 105mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting slim enough for narrow pathways and entries without being recessed.

The graphite finish is a dark charcoal tone with a low-sheen coating that resists weathering and pairs cleanly with anthracite render, dark timber cladding, and grey stonework. The aluminium construction keeps the weight down while maintaining rigidity in wind and temperature changes. The opaque polycarbonate diffuser hides the bulb from direct view and spreads the light evenly across the panel, avoiding hotspots and glare when viewed at eye level on approach.
