Description

The Stock is a 7W LED outdoor wall light with a rectangular graphite aluminium body and a curved white polycarbonate diffuser that projects forward from the wall. The integrated LED delivers 3000K warm white light through the diffuser, casting a soft wash both forward and downward. The IP65 rating protects against dust ingress and water jets, making the fitting suitable for exposed positions on exterior walls, patios, garden paths and covered porches.

Designed for residential and light commercial outdoor lighting, the Stock mounts directly to an exterior wall with two fixing points behind the aluminium backplate. The 200mm height and 105mm width give enough presence to light a doorway, porch entrance or pathway marker without dominating a small garden wall. The curved diffuser softens the LED output and prevents glare when viewed at eye level from across a garden or driveway.

The aluminium body is powder-coated in a dark graphite finish that resists UV fade and surface corrosion in outdoor conditions. The white matte polycarbonate diffuser is impact-resistant and maintains clarity under prolonged UV exposure better than acrylic alternatives. The fitting operates on AC 100-260V mains, making it compatible with UK and international installations. The 7W LED output is fixed and non-dimmable.

The 3000K colour temperature sits in the warm white range, closer to incandescent tone than cooler LED whites, and pairs well with traditional brick, timber cladding and warm-painted render. The CRI rating of 80 provides reasonable colour accuracy for outdoor planting, render tones and paving materials under the light, though it sits below the 90+ CRI threshold required for colour-critical applications.

Is the LED replaceable?

No. The Stock uses an integrated LED module rated at 7W and 3000K. The LED is not user-replaceable. Maytoni provides a 3-year warranty covering LED failure under normal outdoor use.

Can it be used in fully exposed positions?

Yes. The IP65 rating protects against dust and water jets from any direction, so the fitting can be mounted on walls exposed to rain and garden hose spray. It is not IP67 submersion-rated, so avoid positions where standing water can collect around the base.

Is it dimmable?

No. The integrated LED operates at fixed output and is not compatible with dimmer switches or controls.

What wall surface is needed for installation?

The backplate has two fixing points and requires a solid masonry wall, timber cladding or render over masonry. The fixing screws and wall plugs appropriate to the surface type are needed for secure mounting. The electrical connection is made inside the wall void behind the backplate.
