Description
The Stock is an 80cm bollard light with an integrated 7W LED producing 450 lumens at 3000K through a white matte diffuser, housed in a graphite-finished aluminium and plastic body rated IP65. The curved head directs light downwards and forward, providing pathway illumination without upward light spill that would cause sky glow in residential areas.
Designed for driveways, garden pathways, patio edges and commercial car parks, the Stock suits installations where consistent spacing of 3-4m between bollards is practical. The 80cm height places the light head at mid-thigh level for most adults, which keeps the light source below eye-line and reduces glare when walking past. The IP65 rating protects the internal LED and driver from rain, hose water and coastal salt spray, making the bollard suitable for year-round outdoor use in UK climates.
The aluminium body provides structural strength while the plastic components reduce weight and simplify installation. The graphite powder-coat finish is a dark charcoal grey that sits between pure black and mid-grey tones, blending into most landscaping schemes without creating a stark contrast against foliage or paving. The white matte diffuser sits at the top of the bollard within the curved head, softening the 7W LED output to an even wash that illuminates approximately 2-3m radius around the base depending on mounting surface reflectivity.
The 3000K colour temperature delivers warm white light comparable to halogen, with a CRI of 80 that renders natural colours more accurately than lower-CRI LEDs. The wide 100-260V AC input voltage range allows the bollard to be used internationally without transformer adjustments, though UK installations operate on standard 230V mains via external cabling.

Frequently Asked
How is the bollard wired?
The Stock requires mains cabling to be run underground or through conduit to the base of the bollard. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician in compliance with UK wiring regulations. The bollard operates on 230V AC in the UK.
What spacing is recommended between bollards?
For pathway lighting, spacing of 3-4m between bollards provides overlapping pools of light without excessive brightness. For driveways or commercial applications, closer spacing of 2-3m may be preferred depending on the required lux level.
Is the LED replaceable?
The LED is integrated into the bollard and is not user-replaceable. The rated lifespan is typically 25,000-30,000 hours, equivalent to approximately 8-10 years of dusk-to-dawn operation. If the LED fails within the warranty period, the unit is covered under Maytoni's 3-year guarantee.
Can it withstand coastal environments?
The IP65 rating protects against water jets and dust ingress, making the bollard suitable for coastal locations. The aluminium body is powder-coated to resist corrosion, though in high-salt environments periodic rinsing with fresh water will extend the finish lifespan.
