Description

The Sparion is a 14mm black metal cable holder designed to grip and support pendant light cables at the ceiling rose. The cylindrical body houses a spring-loaded clamp that holds the cable in position, preventing the suspension cable from sagging under the weight of the pendant fitting below while allowing vertical adjustment during installation.

Used primarily with pendant lights where the electrical cable also acts as the suspension system, the holder fits into or alongside a standard ceiling rose and keeps the cable taut between ceiling and fitting. This prevents the unsightly loop or sag that develops when a pendant cable stretches over time under load. The 14mm diameter suits most standard pendant cable thicknesses and the side aperture allows the cable to be fed in without threading from either end.

The black metal finish is powder-coated for durability and blends into black ceiling roses, dark ceilings and industrial-style pendant fittings without drawing attention. The holder weighs approximately 15g and adds minimal load to the ceiling fixing.
