Description

The Solis is a 15W LED track spotlight with an integrated 3000K warm white LED, 1-10V dimming control, and an adjustable beam angle between 20° and 55°. Built from extruded aluminium with a matt black finish, the cylindrical head houses symmetrical optics that project a clean beam onto walls, products or architectural features when mounted on three-phase track systems.

Designed for retail, gallery, hospitality and exhibition spaces where lighting positions need to adapt as displays change, the Solis clips directly onto standard three-phase track rails without requiring additional wiring at each fitting. The 1-10V dimming protocol allows brightness to be controlled from a compatible controller, letting multiple Solis units be dimmed together to set consistent light levels across a room. The 20° narrow beam suits accent lighting on individual products or artwork, while the 55° wide beam provides broader wash coverage across shelves or wall sections.

The aluminium body measures 265mm in length with a 61.5mm diameter and projects 155mm from the track rail when angled downward. What is 1-10V dimming and do I need a special dimmer?

1-10V is a commercial dimming protocol that requires a compatible 1-10V controller or dimmer. It is not compatible with standard domestic trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmers. The controller sends a low-voltage signal (1-10V) to the fitting to adjust brightness, allowing multiple Solis units to be dimmed together from a single control point.

Can the beam angle be adjusted after installation?

Yes. The Solis has symmetrical optics that allow the beam to be adjusted between 20° (narrow spot) and 55° (wide flood) by rotating the lens assembly at the front of the head. This can be done after the fitting is installed on the track.

What is three-phase track and is it compatible with single-circuit track?

Three-phase track has three separate electrical circuits running through the rail, allowing different groups of spotlights to be controlled independently. The Solis is designed for three-phase track systems and is not compatible with standard single-circuit domestic track without an adapter.

Does the LED need replacing?

No. The 15W LED is integrated into the fitting and rated for the full lifespan of the product. The 5-year warranty covers the LED and the fitting as a single unit.
