Description

The Solara is a 330mm outdoor wall light built from powder-coated die-cast aluminium in an anthracite finish, housing a double diffuser made from transparent sandblasted tempered glass. A single E27 bulb (sold separately) sits inside the fitting and emits light both upward and downward through the glass panels, providing wash lighting on the wall surface above and below the mounting point.

Designed for exterior pathway lighting, entrance porches, garage doorways and courtyard walls, the Solara carries an IP54 rating to protect against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction. The bi-directional light output makes it particularly suited to positions where both ground illumination and upward wall wash are useful, such as on porches where the upward light lifts the eave line and the downward light defines the entrance step. The 80mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting compact on narrow pathways.

The die-cast aluminium body provides structural durability against weather exposure and the powder-coated anthracite finish resists UV degradation and coastal salt in outdoor environments. The sandblasted tempered glass diffusers soften the bulb filament or LED source while maintaining light transmission, and the tempered treatment makes the glass more impact-resistant than standard annealed glass. The fitting accepts any standard E27 bulb up to the manufacturer's wattage limit and is dimmable when paired with compatible bulbs and control systems.
