Description

The Sally is an 85mm recessed LED downlight with an integrated 11W COB LED producing cool white 4000K light through a white die-cast aluminium trim. The fitting sits flush to the ceiling surface with a fixed downward beam, designed for installation into plasterboard or panel ceilings using a standard ceiling void depth.

Designed for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, offices and retail spaces where task lighting or general illumination is needed, the Sally provides focused downward light without glare or visible bulb elements. The 4000K colour temperature gives a neutral white light that sits between warm and cool, improving visibility for detailed tasks without the stark clinical tone of 5000K+ bulbs. The IP40 rating makes it suitable for general indoor use including bathrooms outside shower enclosures (zones 2 and 3).

The die-cast aluminium construction provides passive heat dissipation for the integrated LED, helping to maintain stable output and extend the LED lifespan. The all-white finish blends into white ceilings or provides a clean contrast against darker ceiling colours. The trim sits approximately 10mm proud of the ceiling surface once installed, with the LED module recessed behind a diffuser that softens the light output and prevents direct view of the COB chip.
