Description

The RekorHD 4-channel analogue CCTV kit pairs a 500GB DVR with four 2MP dome cameras in white housings, each rated IP66 for outdoor installation. The DVR records at 1080p resolution across all four channels simultaneously and supports H.265 video compression to reduce file sizes and extend recording time on the pre-installed hard drive. Each dome camera carries a 3.6mm fixed lens with 30m infrared night vision range and switches automatically between day and night modes based on ambient light.

Designed for residential and small commercial properties, the kit provides perimeter intrusion detection and line-crossing detection, triggering alerts when movement crosses pre-defined boundaries. Remote monitoring is available via Android and iOS apps or PC client software, allowing live viewing, playback and recording control from outside the property. The DVR supports continuous, scheduled and motion-triggered recording modes, with USB backup for exporting footage to external drives.

The system arrives with all cabling, a multi-output 12V power supply for the cameras, and the DVR pre-configured for plug-and-play installation. The mouse-driven menu system guides setup of recording zones, detection boundaries and network settings. The white camera housings suit lighter-coloured walls and trim, blending into residential facades more discreetly than black alternatives.
