Description

The RekorHD 2MP 4-channel analogue CCTV kit combines a 4-channel digital video recorder (DVR) with four weatherproof 2MP bullet cameras, a 1TB pre-installed hard drive, all necessary cabling and a 12V system power supply. The DVR records at 1080p resolution across all four channels simultaneously and uses H.265 video compression to reduce file sizes without sacrificing image quality, extending recording time on the 1TB drive.

Designed for residential, small business and light commercial security applications, the kit covers perimeter monitoring, driveway access, car parks and building entrances. Each bullet camera carries an IP66 weatherproof rating for outdoor installation and includes infrared night vision up to 30m. The cameras use a fixed 3.6mm lens providing a wide field of view suited to monitoring larger areas rather than capturing fine detail at distance. The DVR supports continuous, scheduled and motion-triggered recording modes, with intelligent functions including perimeter intrusion detection and line crossing detection that can trigger alerts when motion crosses a defined boundary.

The DVR is controlled via a mouse-driven on-screen menu and connects to existing monitors via HDMI or VGA. Remote viewing is available through dedicated Android and iOS apps or PC software, allowing live view, playback and recording management from anywhere with an internet connection. The system supports simultaneous local playback, live recording and remote viewing without interrupting any function. Footage can be backed up to USB storage for evidence transfer or archive. All four cameras connect to the DVR via BNC coaxial cable (included), with a single 12V power supply unit feeding the entire system.
