Description

The RekorHD 16-channel analogue DVR records and displays up to 16 camera feeds at 2MP (1080p) resolution, storing footage on a pre-installed 8TB hard drive. H.265 video compression reduces file sizes without compromising image quality, extending storage capacity and reducing bandwidth requirements for remote viewing. The unit includes perimeter intrusion detection and line crossing detection, allowing alerts to be triggered when movement crosses defined zones rather than relying on generic motion detection alone.

Designed for residential, retail and light commercial CCTV installations requiring multi-camera recording, the DVR outputs video via HDMI at up to 4K resolution for connection to a monitor or TV. Remote monitoring is supported via Android and iOS apps or PC client software, allowing live viewing, playback and configuration from outside the property. The unit can record, play back previously recorded footage, and stream live feeds simultaneously without interrupting any of these functions.

Recording modes include continuous, scheduled (time-based) and motion-triggered, with each channel configurable independently. USB backup allows footage to be transferred to a flash drive for evidence submission or archival without removing the hard drive. The mouse-driven interface simplifies navigation through menus, playback timelines and configuration screens.
