Description

The Radity straight power connector is a 30mm linking component for surface-mounted magnetic track lighting, feeding 48V DC supply through white plastic housing. It joins two track segments in a straight line, maintaining power continuity across the run without exposed terminals or visible cable connections.

Designed for residential and commercial magnetic track installations, the connector clips into the track channel and locks the alignment between adjoining segments. The white finish matches the standard Radity track colour, keeping the connector visually integrated into the ceiling line. The 6mm profile sits flush with the track height, so the joint does not create a step or shadow when viewed from below.

The plastic housing insulates the internal contacts and provides structural support for the track-to-track join. At 25mm wide and 30mm long, the connector occupies minimal space within the overall track run, allowing track segments to be joined close to corners or other architectural features where a bulkier join would interfere with fitting positions. The 48V DC supply runs through the connector's internal contacts, which are rated for continuous load across the entire track system.

Can this connector be used to join tracks at an angle?

No. This is a straight connector only, designed to join two track segments in a continuous straight line. For corner or angled joins, a dedicated corner connector or L-connector from the Radity range is required.

Does the connector require separate wiring?

No. The connector clips into the track channel and the internal contacts automatically align with the track's power rails, feeding 48V DC through without requiring separate cable connections.

What other finishes are available?
