QTX 5-in-1 LED Multi-Effects Bar With Tripod - RGBW Par Laser UV Strobe

The QTX multi-effects bar combines five separate lighting effects on a single T-bar: two RGBW PAR cans, one RGBW rotating ball effect, one red/green laser and one UV strobe unit. All five effects run from a single IEC mains input at the back of the bar, eliminating the need for individual power leads to each fixture. The bar mounts onto the included 2.3m telescopic tripod stand, which adjusts from 1.8m to 2.3m height.

Designed for mobile DJs, small events, home parties and function rooms where a complete lighting rig needs to set up and break down quickly, the system packs into the included carry bags for transport. Each lighting fixture on the bar is individually angle-adjustable, so the PAR washes can be directed onto a dance floor while the ball effect and laser aim higher onto walls or ceiling. The system can be controlled via DMX (3-channel or 12-channel mode), infrared remote, or left to run in auto or sound-activated mode using the control panel on the back of the bar.

The two RGBW PAR cans provide colour washes and static colour states, while the RGBW ball effect projects rotating beams across the room. The red/green laser adds sharp beam effects, and the UV strobe at the top of the bar provides blacklight wash and strobe pulses. Combined power draw is 60W at 220-240V. The tripod stand weighs 1.3kg and collapses to 900mm length, while the effects bar itself weighs 4kg and measures 740mm wide when packed.

Can the system run without DMX control?

Yes. The bar has auto and sound-activated programs built in, selectable from the rear control panel. The included infrared remote also allows basic control of colour changes and effect selection without needing a DMX controller.

Can individual effects be turned off?

When using DMX control in 12-channel mode, individual effects can be addressed separately. In auto, sound or remote modes, all five effects run together as a coordinated program.

What height does the stand extend to?

The tripod adjusts from 1.8m to 2.3m. When the effects bar is mounted on top, the UV strobe unit sits approximately 2.5-3m above floor level depending on the stand extension setting.
