The Prismis is a 75mm diameter ceramic flush ceiling light finished in black enamel with a single E27 bulb holder. The fitting sits nearly flush to the ceiling with minimal projection, making it suitable for low-ceiling spaces, hallways, bathrooms (IP20 rated for zones outside splash areas), and utility rooms where a traditional pendant would hang too low.

Designed for installation directly onto a standard UK ceiling rose or junction box, the ceramic body houses an E27 Edison screw lampholder that accepts any standard E27 bulb up to 60W (sold separately). The compact 75mm diameter means the fitting occupies minimal visual space on the ceiling while still providing functional overhead light when paired with a suitable bulb. The black enamel finish works in both contemporary and industrial-style interiors, providing a dark accent against white or pale ceilings.

The ceramic construction gives the fitting a solid, non-plastic feel and provides heat resistance around the bulb holder. The black enamel coating is baked onto the ceramic during manufacturing, creating a durable surface that resists chipping and fading better than painted finishes. Ideal Lux manufactures the Prismis in Italy and backs it with a 5-year warranty. The fitting is dimmable when paired with a dimmable E27 bulb and compatible dimmer switch.
