Description

The Prismatic Track Light Lens is a 30mm diameter optical accessory that narrows the beam angle of compatible track spotlights to 20 degrees, concentrating light output into a tighter pool. The prismatic profile inside the lens refracts and focuses the light emitted by the track head, reducing spill and increasing centre-beam intensity for accent or highlighting applications.

Designed for retail displays, gallery installations, and residential accent lighting where a narrow beam is needed to draw attention to a specific object or surface, the lens clips or threads into the front of compatible Prismatic track heads. The 20-degree beam angle produces a spotlight effect approximately 1m wide when aimed from 3m distance, suitable for highlighting single artworks, products on shelves, or architectural details without washing surrounding areas with light.

The lens is moulded from optical-grade plastic that remains stable under the heat generated by LED and halogen track heads. At 30mm diameter it fits most standard European track spotlight apertures, and the lightweight construction adds minimal load to the track head. The transparent plastic finish allows maximum light transmission while the prismatic ribbing inside the lens controls beam shape and prevents glare outside the target zone.
