Description

The Poole is a 670mm outdoor bollard light built from marine-grade 316 stainless steel and genuine Malaysian teak, with a clear polycarbonate diffuser protected by horizontal metal louvres. The single E27 socket sits inside the polycarbonate cylinder at the head of the bollard, casting light downward through the louvres and outward through the diffuser to illuminate pathways, driveways and garden borders.

The 316 stainless steel base and ground spike provide corrosion resistance in coastal and salt-spray environments, while the Malaysian teak body brings natural warmth to the design. The teak is left unsealed from the factory and will silver-grey naturally over time unless oiled seasonally to preserve the honey-brown tone. The IP55 rating protects the internal components from rain and water jets from any direction, making the Poole suitable for exposed garden positions and pathway edges without shelter.

The 102mm diameter teak column and 670mm height give the bollard enough presence to mark pathway edges or driveway entrances without dominating lower planting. The louvred head design reduces glare for anyone walking past while still throwing useful light onto the ground within a 1-2m radius of the bollard. The E27 socket accepts any standard screw-fit LED, halogen or filament bulb up to 40W (sold separately), allowing you to choose the colour temperature and brightness that suits the site.
