Description

The Phosix Slim is a 12-light LED recessed downlight built into a single 236mm matt black die-cast aluminium housing with a glossy black polycarbonate multi-lens reflector. Each of the 12 LED modules is fixed behind its own lens aperture, and together they deliver 20W total output at 3000K warm white through the full length of the fitting.

Designed for retail displays, commercial corridors, office reception areas and feature walls where directional accent lighting is needed across a linear space, the Phosix Slim mounts flush to the ceiling with a 28mm projection depth. The 12 individual light sources create a row of focused beams rather than a single wash, making the fitting useful for highlighting products on shelving, artwork along a wall, or architectural details in a narrow zone. The IP20 rating limits it to dry indoor environments.

The die-cast aluminium body acts as a heat sink for the integrated LEDs, and the matt black finish minimises visible reflections when the fitting is viewed at an angle from below. Installation requires a rectangular ceiling aperture to match the 236mm length and approximately 50mm ceiling void depth to accommodate the housing and driver. The fitting is non-dimmable and ships with the LED modules factory-fitted, so there are no separate bulbs to source or replace.
