Description

The Penn Station is a 3-light chandelier built around a clear glass cylinder held in place by western bronze metal straps that run vertically from the ceiling canopy to the base collar. Three E14 candle bulbs (sold separately) sit exposed inside the glass, with the open top and bottom of the cylinder allowing light to spread both up onto the ceiling and down into the room below.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above, the Penn Station provides ambient lighting with the bulbs acting as both light source and visual feature. The adjustable drop ranges from 777mm minimum to 1677mm maximum, allowing the pendant to be set at the appropriate height for the space during installation. The 330mm diameter suits tables of 1.2-1.8m length or kitchen islands of similar width.

The western bronze finish is a warm dark brown with subtle copper undertones, closer to oil-rubbed bronze than flat black or polished brass. The metal straps are 25mm wide and wrap around the glass at four points, secured with brass rivets at each junction. The clear glass shows the bulbs directly and any cable within the cylinder, so using decorative filament bulbs or clear LED candle bulbs enhances the industrial character of the fitting. The western bronze pairs with warm timber finishes, terracotta tones and aged leather in traditional and farmhouse interiors, while also working in industrial-style kitchens with exposed brick or concrete.
