Orlis Square LED Flush Wall Light 18W 4000K - White

The Orlis is a 330mm square flush wall light with an integrated 18W LED producing 4000K neutral white light through a satin opal polycarbonate diffuser. The frame is painted white metal, and the fitting mounts flat to the wall with minimal 330mm projection, making it suitable for low ceilings, compact hallways and bathrooms outside splash zones.

Designed as ambient or task lighting in residential and commercial spaces, the Orlis fits bedrooms, hallways, landings, bathrooms (outside zones 0-2), utility rooms and offices where neutral white light is preferred over warm tones. The 330mm square footprint provides even diffusion across approximately 6-9m² depending on ceiling reflectance and required lux levels. The flush mount profile suits ceilings under 2.4m where semi-flush or pendant fittings would feel intrusive.

The satin opal polycarbonate diffuser prevents direct LED glare and spreads light evenly across the square surface, producing soft ambient light rather than directed task illumination. The white painted metal base provides structural support without adding visual weight. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations — the fitting cannot be used in bathroom zones 0, 1 or 2, or in any outdoor location.

The 18W LED is non-dimmable and operates on standard 230V mains. The neutral 4000K colour temperature sits between warm white (2700K-3000K) and cool white (5000K-6500K), producing a clean white light that works in modern interiors and spaces where colour accuracy matters, such as makeup application areas or workshop spaces.

Can this be used in a bathroom?

The IP20 rating permits use in bathrooms only outside splash zones (zones 0, 1 and 2). It can be fitted on bathroom ceilings provided it is at least 600mm from the bath or shower enclosure edge. For in-zone bathroom lighting, an IP44 or IP65 rated fitting is required.

Is the LED replaceable?

The LED is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000-30,000 hours of operation, equivalent to roughly 10-15 years of typical domestic use. When the LED reaches end-of-life, the entire fitting is replaced.

What colour temperature is 4000K?

4000K is neutral white, sitting between warm white (2700K-3000K, yellow-toned) and cool white (5000K-6500K, blue-toned). It produces a clean white light without the warm glow of traditional incandescent bulbs, making it suitable for task-focused spaces and modern interiors.

What ceiling height does this suit?
