Description

The Noble is a 500mm flush ceiling light with a white fabric drum shade stretched over a chrome frame, fitted with an acid-etched glass diffuser at the base. Four E27 bulbs sit inside the drum, with the combination of fabric and etched glass diffusing the light evenly across the room. The chrome detailing at the ceiling mount and around the drum edge provides a metallic accent against the white textile.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or lower where a pendant would hang too far into the room, the Noble suits hallways, bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms needing consistent ambient light without visual clutter. The flush-mount structure sits close to the ceiling with a projection of approximately 150mm, giving a clean profile that keeps the ceiling plane uninterrupted. The 500mm diameter covers a typical 3-4m square room.

The white fabric shade is a PVC-backed textile that maintains its tautness and shape over time, resisting sagging or discolouration under heat from the bulbs. The acid-etched glass base panel softens direct downlight while still allowing enough brightness to illuminate worktops, dining tables or seating areas below. The chrome frame is polished to a mirror finish, reflecting ambient light back into the room when the fitting is switched off.

Each of the four E27 sockets accepts bulbs up to 60W, giving flexibility to choose LED, halogen or filament bulbs depending on the light temperature and brightness required. The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, allowing light levels to be adjusted from full brightness for task work down to low ambient levels for evening use.
