Description

The Nimbus is a 16-light LED suspension fitting with a matt black powder-coated steel canopy and sixteen individual cable drops, each terminating in a small satin acrylic sphere housing an integrated LED module. The 200mm diameter central canopy distributes the cables in a radial pattern, creating a cascading cluster when the cables are set to different drop lengths or a symmetrical field when set to equal drops.

Designed for large dining tables, entrance halls with double-height ceilings, and stairwells, the Nimbus provides distributed ambient light rather than focused task lighting. Each of the sixteen LED modules emits warm white 3000K light at a combined total of 16W across the entire fitting, diffused through the satin acrylic spheres to reduce glare. The cable drops are adjustable from 200mm minimum to 5190mm maximum, allowing the fitting to be configured for standard 2.4m ceiling heights or extended to fill the full height of a double-height void.

The matt black finish on the metal canopy and cable sheathing gives the Nimbus a contemporary industrial character that pairs cleanly with monochrome, Scandinavian and concrete-accented interiors. The IP20 rating restricts the fitting to dry indoor locations. Each acrylic sphere is approximately 40mm in diameter and the total spread of the cable array when fully extended is approximately 1800-2000mm across, depending on how the individual cable hooks are positioned on the ceiling supports. The integrated LED modules are non-replaceable.
