Description

The Maytoni Points Rot is a 382mm linear track light housing 10 individual 1W LEDs (10W total), each with a 30° focused beam angle and 3000K warm white colour temperature. The black aluminium housing mounts onto single-phase track rails, with each LED recessed behind a circular aperture to minimise direct glare. The entire fitting can swivel and rotate on the track mount, allowing the light direction to be adjusted after installation.

Designed for accent lighting in retail, galleries, offices and residential settings where specific objects or zones need highlighting, the Points Rot delivers 620 lumens across the 10 LEDs in a narrow 30° throw. The individual recessed LEDs can be aimed at artwork, display shelving, kitchen worktops or architectural features without spilling excessive light into adjacent zones. The track-mount format allows multiple units to be fitted on the same rail and repositioned as room layouts change.

The black aluminium body measures 382mm long by 33mm wide by 46mm high, sitting low-profile on the track rail while the 10 LED apertures create a linear stripe of directed light. The high CRI rating (colour rendering index) preserves the natural appearance of fabrics, paints and finishes under the light, making it suitable for showrooms and galleries where colour accuracy matters. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor environments only.

Is the Points Rot dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the track system and driver being used. Check with your electrician whether the single-phase track rail you are installing supports dimming before specifying this fitting for a dimmable circuit.

What track system does it fit?

The Points Rot is designed for Maytoni's Single Phase Track Unity system. It will not fit three-phase or proprietary track systems from other manufacturers without an adapter.

Can the individual LEDs be aimed separately?

No. The 10 LEDs are fixed within the linear housing and all aim in the same direction. The entire fitting can swivel and rotate on the track mount to adjust the direction of the light stripe as a whole.

What beam angle does it have?

Each of the 10 LEDs has a 30° beam angle, which is narrow enough to spotlight specific areas or objects without significant light spill into adjacent zones. This makes the Points Rot suitable for accent lighting rather than general ambient illumination.
