Description

The Magnus is a cylindrical outdoor wall light in graphite finish with clear polycarbonate bands at top and bottom, each housing a 5.7W GX53 LED bulb. The dual-bulb configuration casts light both upward and downward from the cylinder, creating two pools of 3000K warm white light on the wall surface and ground below.

Designed for residential front doors, porch areas, rear patio walls and courtyard entrances, the Magnus provides marker lighting and low-level ambient wash rather than high-output security flood. The IP44 rating protects against rain and splashing water, making it suitable for covered outdoor positions and exposed walls in typical UK weather. The graphite powder-coated aluminium body resists corrosion and UV degradation over multiple seasons.

At 188mm tall and 100mm wide, the Magnus sits comfortably on residential-scale walls without dominating the façade. The 128mm projection from the wall keeps the cylinder clear of render and gives the light room to throw its upward and downward beams without obstruction. The clear polycarbonate bands diffuse the GX53 bulbs just enough to soften glare while maintaining clear directional output top and bottom.
