Description

The Lyria is a 30cm glass pendant light with a white metal frame and a blown, acid-etched white glass sphere diffuser. The diffuser sits within the metal frame rather than hanging below it, creating a flush, enclosed profile that suits rooms with lower ceilings or positions where a bulb-exposed design would feel too open. A single E27 bulb inside the sphere (sold separately) casts light through the acid-etched glass, which softens and diffuses the output to avoid glare.

Designed for installation over dining tables, kitchen islands, bedside positions, or as single-drop hallway lighting, the Lyria hangs on adjustable steel cables with a 1100mm maximum drop. The cables can be shortened during installation to bring the pendant closer to the ceiling, making it adaptable to ceiling heights from 2.2m upwards. The 30cm diameter gives enough visual presence for a single installation above a 1.2-1.4m wide table or worktop without dominating the space.

The white metal frame and white glass create a cohesive monochrome finish that pairs with neutral, Scandinavian, and modern coastal interiors. The acid-etched surface on the glass hides dust and fingerprints better than clear or polished glass, and the enclosed design protects the bulb from accidental contact during cleaning. The pendant carries an IP20 rating, making it suitable for dry indoor rooms only.
