Description

The Luxeon Slim is a 1-metre recessed magnetic track system in black aluminium, designed to sit flush within a ceiling or wall cut-out with just 38mm projection below the surface. The track accepts magnetic-mount spotlights and track heads (sold separately) that clip onto the rail without tools, allowing fixtures to be repositioned along the 1m run or removed entirely in seconds.

Designed for retail, gallery, kitchen and office installations where recessed track lighting provides clean sightlines without surface-mounted bulk, the Luxeon Slim integrates into plasterboard ceilings with a shallow void depth. The magnetic rail carries both power and mechanical fixing — compatible spotlights simply snap into position anywhere along the track and draw power through magnetic contact rather than twist-lock connectors. The system is dimmable when paired with compatible dimmers and LED drivers.

The black powder-coated aluminium finish sits recessed behind the ceiling plane, leaving only the narrow track aperture visible once installed. The 1m length can be installed as a single run or joined end-to-end with additional track sections to create longer continuous runs. The IP20 rating suits dry interior locations, and the system carries a 5-year Ideal Lux warranty covering the track structure and electrical contacts.
