Description

The Luxeon-2 small end power cap is a black polycarbonate termination component for Ideal Lux 3-phase track lighting systems. Measuring 26mm in length with a 27mm projection, the cap fits onto the exposed end of a Luxeon-2 track rail to cover live conductors and provide a finished edge to the track run.

Designed for both residential and commercial track installations, the end cap clips onto the track profile without tools and holds securely through friction fit and an internal locking tab. The polycarbonate construction provides impact resistance and dimensional stability across typical indoor temperature ranges, while the black finish matches the standard Luxeon-2 track body colour for a consistent visual line along the ceiling.

The cap serves two functions: it prevents accidental contact with the three live conductors inside the track rail, and it stops dust and debris from entering the open end of the track where no further extension is planned. The compact 26mm footprint means the cap adds minimal length to the overall track run, making it suitable for installations where the track terminates close to a wall or ceiling junction.

No. This end cap is specifically designed for Ideal Lux Luxeon-2 3-phase track systems. It will not fit single-phase or 2-circuit tracks due to the different internal conductor configuration and track profile dimensions.
