Description

The Lumos is a 65mm square fixed frame designed to trim recessed downlight installations with a matt black plastic surround. The frame sits flush against the ceiling surface and holds the downlight fitting in place, creating a defined square aperture around the light source.

Designed for use with standard recessed downlights in residential, office and retail interiors, the 65mm dimension refers to the width and projection of the square frame itself. The frame mounts onto the downlight body during installation, allowing the downlight to be recessed into the ceiling void while the black square trim remains visible on the ceiling surface. This gives a clean architectural finish to ceiling lighting layouts.

The black plastic construction keeps the frame lightweight for ceiling mounting while the matt finish reduces reflections under direct downlight output. The square geometry creates a more angular, architectural appearance compared to circular downlight trims, making the Lumos suited to contemporary interiors where lighting is treated as a design element rather than hidden.
