The Lumos is a 95mm round downlight frame in white-finished aluminium, designed to accept Ideal Lux's modular reflector, lens and screen inserts for recessed ceiling lighting. The frame mounts into a ceiling void and provides the structural housing for interchangeable optical components, allowing the lighting effect to be customised after installation without changing the frame itself.

Intended for residential bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and commercial spaces requiring moisture protection, the Lumos carries an IP54 front protection rating when fitted with compatible inserts. This rating provides protection against dust ingress and water splashes, making the fitting suitable for zones 2 and 3 in UK bathroom installations. The 95mm diameter suits standard downlight ceiling cutouts and pairs with Ideal Lux modular reflectors sold separately.

The white aluminium construction keeps the frame lightweight for ceiling mounting whilst providing structural rigidity for the insert fittings.
