Description

The Luminary is a 3 light lantern chandelier built around a clear glass bell shade held in oil rubbed bronze metalwork, suspended on a chain with decorative scrollwork at the crown and base. Three E14 candle bulbs sit inside the glass on a central bronze column, casting light through the curved glass and out through the open top. The bronze framework includes scrolled brackets at the collar and a ringed finial below the glass base.

Designed for entrance halls, stairwells and dining rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Luminary provides ambient light from the exposed bulbs and distributed light through the glass enclosure. The 360mm diameter and 729mm fitting height suit spaces where a lantern provides both decorative presence and functional illumination without overwhelming the room. The adjustable drop ranges from 789mm minimum to 2314mm maximum, allowing the chandelier to be set at the correct height for a hallway or centred above a dining table.

Is the drop adjustable after installation?

The drop is adjustable on installation by shortening the chain to the desired length. Once the ceiling rose is fixed and the chain secured, further adjustment requires removing the ceiling rose and re-setting the chain length.

How is the glass cleaned?

The glass bell is removable from the bronze framework for cleaning. Wipe with a soft cloth dampened with glass cleaner or distilled water. The bronze metalwork can be dusted with a dry microfibre cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners that would strip the oil rubbed finish.
