The Lume is a 52cm semi-flush ceiling light built from four overlapping circular diffuser panels mounted on a white metal frame, housing an integrated 33W LED module rated at 3000K. The overlapping discs create a sculptural profile that sits approximately 46cm down from the ceiling, making this a semi-flush fitting rather than a true flush mount.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas with ceiling heights of 2.3m or above, the Lume provides soft ambient light across a 12-16m² room without the drop of a full pendant. The four white acrylic diffusers spread the 33W LED output evenly, minimising harsh shadows and ceiling hotspots while keeping the fitting itself as the visible light source rather than a concealed panel.

The matt white metal finish on the frame and the white acrylic diffusers give the fitting a clean, neutral appearance that pairs with white ceilings and contemporary interiors without competing for visual attention. At 52cm diameter the Lume provides substantial coverage for a semi-flush fitting, suitable for larger bedrooms and open-plan living spaces where a smaller flush light would underwhelm. The 46cm projection means the fitting sits approximately half a metre down from the ceiling once installed. This works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.3m or above, but may feel low in rooms with 2.1-2.2m ceilings. For genuinely low ceilings a flush-mount fitting with minimal projection is a safer choice.

Is the LED dimmable?

No. The integrated 33W LED module is non-dimmable. Pairing it with a dimmer switch will not adjust the brightness and may cause the LED driver to fail.

What room size does it suit?

The 33W 3000K LED output provides ambient light across a 12-16m² room (roughly 3.5m x 4.5m). Larger rooms may require a second light source or a higher-wattage fitting.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is not protected against moisture. Bathrooms require a minimum IP44 rating, and zones directly above baths or showers require IP65.
