Description
The Lucentis is a single-light globe pendant built around a 120mm sphere of natural Spanish alabaster suspended beneath an elongated brushed brass stem. The stone is cut into a smooth, fully rounded ball that sits at the base of the fitting, with a slim brass drop linking it to a longer cylindrical brass body above. Light is supplied by a single G9 lamp (sold separately) housed inside the alabaster sphere.
At 290mm overall height with a 120mm diameter, the Lucentis is a compact pendant suited to bedside hangs above nightstands, clusters over a kitchen island, hallway and stairwell positions, and bathroom zones outside the immediate splash area. The slender profile means several can be hung in a row or at staggered drops without visually crowding a space, and the small footprint works in rooms where a larger pendant would dominate.
Each alabaster globe is cut from a single block of stone, so the veining, mineral streaks and tonal variation differ between pieces. When the G9 lamp is lit, the translucent stone glows evenly in all directions and the natural marbling becomes visible across the surface. The solid copper internal structure and brushed brass exterior finish give the fitting a substantial feel for its size, and the warm brass tone pairs comfortably with the soft white stone.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does the Lucentis take?
The pendant takes a single G9 capsule lamp, sold separately. A warm-white LED G9 between 2700K and 3000K is recommended to bring out the warmth of the alabaster and brass; cool-white bulbs flatten the stone's natural tones.
Does the alabaster globe vary between pieces?
Yes. Each 120mm globe is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, mineral streaks and tonal variation differ between individual pendants. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect, and only becomes more pronounced when the lamp is lit.
Can multiple Lucentis pendants be hung together?
The compact 120mm diameter and slender brass stem make the Lucentis well-suited to grouped installations. Several pendants can be hung in a row over a kitchen island or dining table, or at staggered drops in a stairwell, without crowding a space.
How is the alabaster cleaned?
Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
