Description
The Lucellalis is a surface-mounted LED spotlight housing three integrated 8.5W LEDs behind a ribbed glass lens, casting 3000K warm white light through an adjustable head. The die-cast aluminium body in grey powder coat is IP65 rated for complete protection against dust and water ingress, and IK06 rated to withstand minor impact, making it suitable for wall, ground or eave mounting in gardens, on building facades, and along pathways.
Designed for accent lighting and general outdoor illumination, the Lucellalis suits uplighting trees and architectural features, downlighting entrances and pathways, or wall-washing on rendered or brick surfaces. The head rotates and tilts on a stainless steel mounting bracket, allowing the beam to be directed precisely where needed after installation. The compact 90mm x 95mm footprint keeps the fitting unobtrusive when mounted low on walls or flush to paving.
The three-LED configuration behind a single lens produces a concentrated beam rather than a flood, giving defined light pools suitable for highlighting specific features or creating layered lighting across a garden or courtyard. The grey finish sits comfortably against rendered walls, stone, slate and timber cladding without the high contrast of black or white fittings. The integrated LED removes the need for replacement bulbs and draws 8.5W on 230V mains, providing directional outdoor light at lower running cost than halogen equivalents.

Frequently Asked
Can it be used on the ground to uplight plants?
Yes. The IP65 rating makes it suitable for ground mounting in soil, gravel or paving, and the IK06 impact resistance means it can handle minor knocks from garden tools or foot traffic. The adjustable head allows the beam to be directed up into tree canopies or shrubs.
What type of beam does it produce?
The three-LED configuration behind the ribbed glass lens produces a concentrated spot beam rather than a wide flood, creating defined pools of light suitable for accent lighting on walls, trees, or architectural details.
Is it suitable for coastal locations?
The die-cast aluminium body and powder-coated grey finish provide good resistance to outdoor conditions. In coastal environments with salt spray, periodic rinsing with fresh water will help extend the finish life, though the IP65 sealing protects the internal components from moisture.
How is it wired?
The Lucellalis requires a mains 230V supply and is typically wired into an outdoor lighting circuit protected by an RCD. The cable runs through the rear of the mounting bracket. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician to ensure safe IP-rated cable glands and connections.
