Description
The Ignis is a 15W LED track spotlight built on a three-phase track adapter, offering 350° horizontal rotation and 90° vertical tilt adjustment. The cylindrical head is machined from extruded aluminium and finished in white powder coat, with a black reflector cone inside the 60mm-diameter aperture. The integrated LED emits 4000K neutral white light at CRI80, making colours appear close to how they would under natural daylight.
Designed for retail displays, office task lighting, gallery installations and commercial spaces where directed accent light is needed, the Ignis clips onto standard three-phase track systems without requiring additional wiring or adapters. The 350° rotation allows the head to be pointed anywhere on the track circuit, while the 90° tilt lets the beam be angled from near-vertical downlight to grazing light across vertical surfaces. The compact 116mm height and 75mm length keep the fitting unobtrusive on the track.
The white powder coat finish blends with white ceilings and track rails, keeping the spotlight itself visually recessive so attention stays on what's being lit. The extruded aluminium construction keeps the fitting lightweight at under 200g, reducing load on suspended track systems. The 4000K colour temperature sits between warm white (used in hospitality) and cool white (used in industrial settings), making it a neutral choice for offices, showrooms and retail where product colour accuracy matters but a clinical feel is unwanted.

Frequently Asked
Is this compatible with single-phase track systems?
No. The Ignis is designed for three-phase track systems only. The adapter head has three contact points that engage with three-phase track rails. For single-phase track, a different Ignis model or adapter would be required.
What does CRI80 mean?
CRI (Colour Rendering Index) measures how accurately colours appear under artificial light compared to natural daylight. CRI80 means the LED reproduces 80% of the colour spectrum accurately. This is acceptable for general commercial use, though critical colour-matching applications (photography, fine art) typically need CRI90 or higher.
Can the LED be replaced?
No. The LED is integrated into the fitting and cannot be replaced as a separate component. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000-30,000 hours of use, which equates to around 10-15 years in typical commercial operation.
What is the beam angle?
The beam angle is not specified in the product data. Ideal Lux track spotlights in this series typically offer beam angles between 24° (narrow spot) and 36° (medium flood), but confirmation would be needed from the manufacturer's extended specification sheet.
