Description

The Holly is a single-light cylinder pendant built from powder-coated white metal, comprising a 120mm diameter shade with a 250mm overall height and a matching white ceiling rose. The shade hangs on a 2000mm fabric-covered cable that adjusts on installation to suit ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3m, allowing the pendant to be set 600-900mm above a kitchen worktop or 700-800mm above a dining table.

Designed for kitchens, dining areas, hallways and bedroom bedside positions, the Holly provides directed downlight through a single E27 bulb (sold separately). The cylindrical shade focuses light downwards while the white interior reflects some light upwards onto the ceiling, softening the effect in smaller rooms. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor spaces away from direct water contact.

The powder-coated white finish on both the shade and ceiling rose gives a consistent matt appearance that pairs with both warm-toned timber interiors and cooler greys and whites. The fabric cable adds texture against the plain metal surfaces and avoids the plasticky appearance of PVC flex. At 120mm diameter the Holly works as a single feature over a small dining table or in multiples across a kitchen island, spaced 800-1000mm apart.

The pendant is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and a dimmable E27 LED bulb, allowing output to be adjusted from task lighting during food preparation to ambient lighting during meals. Ideal Lux cover the Holly with a 5-year warranty.
