Can it be used in a bathroom?

Yes. The IP44 rating makes the Hollis suitable for bathroom zones 2 and 3, meaning it can be installed outside the shower enclosure and bath area but within the general bathroom space. It cannot be installed directly above a bath or inside a shower enclosure (which require IP65 or higher).

What ceiling height is needed?

The 305mm drop from ceiling to the base of the lowest globe suits rooms with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 2.7m. In rooms with ceilings above 2.7m the fitting may appear undersized; in rooms below 2.4m the globes may sit too close to head height in circulation areas.

Is the frame adjustable?

No. The cross-arm frame is fixed at 813mm span and the five globes are positioned symmetrically on the arms. The only adjustment available is the orientation of the cross relative to the room during installation — rotating which arm points to which wall.
