Description

The HDview HC864R12TB is a 64-channel network video recorder handling IP camera streams up to 8MP resolution per channel, with 12TB of pre-installed surveillance-grade storage. H.265 video compression reduces file sizes by approximately 50% compared to H.264 while maintaining image quality, extending recording time and reducing network bandwidth demands across all 64 channels.

Designed for commercial premises, industrial sites, warehousing and multi-building installations requiring centralised recording, the NVR supports continuous, scheduled, motion-triggered and intelligent recording modes across all channels simultaneously. Intelligent detection features include line-crossing alerts and perimeter intrusion zones that can be drawn directly onto camera views, reducing false alerts from general movement while flagging specific boundary violations. The unit handles playback, live recording and remote viewing concurrently without interrupting any function.

The front panel provides direct access to recording controls and playback navigation, while the rear panel carries two network uplink ports for redundant connectivity or separate network zones, HDMI output supporting up to 4K resolution for monitoring walls, and USB ports for evidence export. Each IP camera channel supports cable runs up to 250m from the network switch to the camera location. Remote monitoring operates through the HDview mobile app on iOS and Android devices, allowing live view and playback retrieval from off-site.
