Description

The HDview 4MP 4-channel DVR records video from up to four cameras at 4-megapixel resolution to a pre-installed 8TB surveillance-grade hard drive. The unit supports continuous, scheduled and motion-triggered recording modes, with HDMI and VGA outputs for connecting to a monitor during live viewing or playback.

Designed for small commercial premises, workshops, and residential properties requiring coverage of up to four camera positions, the DVR operates silently and fits inside a standard equipment rack or sits on a shelf. Remote viewing is available through the ESP HDview smartphone app over a wired network connection or via a PowerLine adapter. USB ports on the front panel allow recordings to be backed up to external drives for evidence transfer or archival.

The 8TB capacity provides several weeks of continuous recording at 4MP resolution from four cameras, or several months when using motion-triggered recording. The DVR includes CMS software for remote viewing and management via a Windows PC, RS485 control for PTZ cameras, and a mouse-driven interface that simplifies setup and playback. The surveillance hard drive is designed for 24/7 operation and higher write cycles than standard desktop drives.
