Description

The HDview 4MP 4-channel DVR records up to four CCTV cameras at 4-megapixel resolution, storing footage on a pre-installed 500GB surveillance-grade hard drive. The unit provides HDMI and VGA outputs for connection to a monitor, with live view and playback operating through a mouse-driven interface. Recording modes include continuous, scheduled and motion-triggered capture, with USB backup allowing recorded footage to be transferred to external storage for evidence or archiving.

Designed for residential and small commercial CCTV installations, the DVR supports remote viewing via the ESP HDview smartphone app over a wired network connection or via a PowerLine adapter. The included CMS software enables remote monitoring from a PC. RS485 control supports PTZ cameras where pan-tilt-zoom functions are required. The DVR operates silently, making it suitable for installation in offices, retail spaces and domestic environments where fan noise would be disruptive.
