How much recording time does 12TB provide?

Lower resolutions or motion-triggered recording modes extend storage duration significantly.

Can I access the recordings remotely?

Yes. The NVR supports remote viewing via dedicated mobile apps for Android and iOS devices, and CMS software for PC and Mac.
