Description
The Harbor is a 650mm diameter crystal chandelier housing 14 E14 bulbs within a polished chrome frame, covered by rows of cut crystal beads arranged in a toroidal shape. A circular sandblasted glass panel seals the underside, diffusing the combined output of all 14 bulbs into soft ambient light rather than visible point sources.
Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.7m or higher, the Harbor provides both functional lighting and decorative presence. The chandelier measures 280mm in height before suspension, and the adjustable steel cables include automatic cable stoppers for setting the drop during installation. The 650mm diameter suits rooms of 4-5m width, positioning the chandelier over a dining table or as a central ceiling feature without overwhelming the space.
The cut crystal beads are arranged in dense horizontal rows that catch and refract light when the chandelier is lit, creating movement across walls and ceilings. The sandblasted glass diffuser underneath softens the direct output from the 14 bulbs and prevents glare when viewed from below. The polished chrome frame and fittings provide a cooler metallic contrast to the warm crystal, suiting both contemporary and classical interiors.
The IP20 rating restricts the Harbor to dry indoor use only. The chandelier carries a 5-year warranty from Ideal Lux and is dimmable when paired with compatible E14 dimmable bulbs and an appropriate dimmer switch.

Frequently Asked
Does the Harbor come with bulbs?
No. The chandelier requires 14 E14 bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W each and 2700K-3000K colour temperature for dining and living room use.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, but dimmer compatibility depends on the specific bulbs and dimmer switch used. For best results, use dimmable E14 LED bulbs rated as compatible with leading-edge or trailing-edge dimmers, and confirm the dimmer can handle the combined wattage of all 14 bulbs.
What ceiling height is needed?
The chandelier measures 280mm in height before suspension cables. For a dining table the fitting typically sits 700-800mm above the table surface, which requires ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. The adjustable cables allow the drop to be set during installation.
How is the crystal cleaned?
Turn off the power and allow the chandelier to cool. Dust the crystal beads with a soft microfibre cloth or a feather duster. For more thorough cleaning, individual beads can be wiped with a barely-damp cloth and distilled water, but avoid soaking the metal fittings or the sandblasted glass panel.
