Description

The Glacia is a 460mm round ceiling canopy in white metal, designed to support up to five pendant lights from a single ceiling rose. Five outlet points are positioned around the canopy surface, allowing pendants to be suspended at different drop lengths to create a clustered or staggered arrangement over a dining table, kitchen island or stairwell.

Intended for multi-pendant installations where several lights need to hang from one ceiling position, the Glacia replaces the need for individual ceiling roses and allows the cables to be managed through a single canopy. The 460mm diameter gives enough spacing between outlet points to prevent pendants from tangling when hung at similar heights, while keeping the overall footprint compact enough for 2.4m-height rooms. The white finish blends into white or light-coloured ceilings and suits both contemporary and coastal interiors.

The canopy is constructed from metal with a powder-coated white finish and fixes to a standard UK ceiling rose using a central mounting bracket. Each of the five outlet points accepts a single pendant cable, which passes through the canopy and connects to the mains supply inside the ceiling void. The metal construction supports the combined weight of five pendants without flexing, provided each pendant is within typical decorative lighting weight (check the combined weight before installation).
