Description

The Focus is a single surface-mounted spotlight with a cylindrical matt black aluminium head mounted on a 60mm diameter ceiling plate. The spotlight head swivels through approximately 350 degrees horizontally and tilts 90 degrees vertically from the mounting joint, allowing the GU10 bulb beam to be directed at artwork, worktops, displays or architectural features from a fixed ceiling position.

Designed for surface mounting directly onto plasterboard, concrete or timber ceilings where recessed downlights are impractical, the Focus suits kitchens needing task light over worktops, home offices, retail displays, galleries and hospitality settings where directed accent lighting is required. The 130mm projection from ceiling to head end means the fitting works in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards without the spotlight head sitting too low into the visual field.

The matt black aluminium construction gives a low-sheen finish that minimises reflections under daylight and pairs cleanly with industrial, modern and minimalist interiors. The GU10 socket accepts any standard mains-voltage LED, halogen or CFL bulb up to 10W (sold separately), giving control over beam angle, colour temperature and brightness depending on the specific bulb chosen. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments only.
