Description

The Focus is a 5W magnetic track spotlight with an integrated 3000K LED housed in a cylindrical matt black aluminium body. The spotlight mounts magnetically to a low-voltage 48V DC track rail, allowing repositioning without tools or additional wiring. The recessed LED source sits 148mm from the track rail when mounted, directing a narrow beam from the 45mm diameter aperture.

Designed for accent lighting in residential and commercial interiors, the Focus suits gallery walls, shelving displays, retail product highlighting and kitchen worktop task lighting where individual light positions need adjusting over time. The magnetic mounting clips onto the track rail with a firm hold while allowing sideways sliding for repositioning. The spotlight head rotates and tilts on the mounting stem, giving directional control once clipped in place.

The matt black aluminium finish absorbs rather than reflects ambient light, making the fitting visually recessive when not lit. The 3000K colour temperature produces warm white light with a high CRI, rendering colours accurately without the cool blue cast of higher Kelvin LEDs. The 48V DC voltage requires a compatible Maytoni magnetic track system and transformer (sold separately) rather than direct mains connection, which allows multiple spotlights to run from a single power point and keeps live voltage out of the track rail itself.

The Focus requires a Maytoni-compatible 48V DC magnetic track rail and transformer, sold separately. It will not mount to standard mains-voltage track systems or ceiling-mounted spotlight bars from other manufacturers.

Can the spotlight be repositioned after installation?

Yes. The magnetic mounting allows the spotlight to slide along the track rail and be removed and repositioned without tools. The head also rotates and tilts on the mounting stem for directional adjustment.

Is it dimmable?
