Description

The ESP large deep camera junction box is a 145mm square white metal enclosure designed to house cable connections for outdoor CCTV cameras. The box carries an IP66 weatherproof rating, protecting cable terminations from rain, dust and moisture when fitted behind wall-mounted dome or bullet cameras. The 53mm internal depth provides space for cable runs, connectors and power supplies without compressing the cables.

The junction box fits behind ESP HDview 4 megapixel camera models including the SHDVC622VFDW, SHDVC622VFBW, SHDVC550VFBW and SHDVC2812VFDW, concealing cables and providing a mounting surface for cameras installed on solid walls, rendered facades and external building surfaces. The 25mm cable entry accommodates standard CCTV cable glands and grommets, with multiple pre-drilled entry points around the perimeter to suit different installation configurations.

The metal construction provides rigidity and durability in outdoor environments where plastic junction boxes can warp or crack under UV exposure. The white powder-coated finish blends with rendered and painted walls, making the box less visible once the camera is mounted over it. At 620g net weight the box has enough mass to stay secure when anchored to masonry with appropriate fixings.
