Description

The ESP HDview is a complete 4MP CCTV system pairing a 4-channel DVR pre-installed with a 500GB surveillance-grade hard drive, four weatherproof dome cameras, 25m of cabling per camera, and a centralised power supply for the entire system. Each dome camera records at 4 megapixel resolution and features infrared night vision, a 3.6mm fixed lens, and an IP66 weatherproof housing rated for outdoor installation.

Designed for residential properties, small retail premises and light commercial use, the system supports live viewing and recording across all four cameras simultaneously. Recording modes include continuous, scheduled (time-based) and motion-triggered, with motion detection zones configurable per camera. The DVR connects to monitors via HDMI or VGA outputs, and recordings can be backed up to USB storage for evidence transfer or archival.

Remote monitoring runs through the ESP HDview smartphone app for iOS and Android, or via the included CMS software for PC-based viewing over a wired network or PowerLine adapter. The DVR operates silently without active cooling fans, making it suitable for installation in office environments or homes where fan noise would be intrusive. The 500GB pre-installed drive supports approximately 5-7 days of continuous four-camera recording at 4MP, depending on scene complexity and motion levels.

The four dome cameras ship in grey housings and use the same SHDVC36FDG model specification, ensuring consistent image quality and settings across all camera positions. The centralised power supply simplifies installation by removing the need for individual camera power adapters, with a single connection point powering the DVR and all four cameras from the mains.
