Description

The ESP HDview is a 4-channel CCTV kit supplied with two 4MP dome cameras, a 4-channel DVR recorder, 2TB surveillance-grade hard drive, power supply, cables and mounting hardware. The DVR records up to four cameras simultaneously at 4 megapixel resolution and supports continuous, scheduled or motion-triggered recording modes.

Designed for residential and small commercial premises, the kit covers entry points, driveways, retail entrances and internal corridors. The two included dome cameras carry IP66 weatherproof ratings for outdoor use and include infrared LEDs for night vision up to 25 metres. The DVR connects to a monitor via HDMI or VGA outputs and allows playback, live view and configuration through a mouse-driven interface.

Remote monitoring works via the ESP HDview smartphone app or the included CMS software for PC access over a wired network connection or powerline adapter. Recorded footage can be backed up to USB for evidence transfer. The 2TB hard drive is pre-installed in the DVR and rated for continuous surveillance recording. The system operates silently and the DVR draws power from the included mains supply unit which also distributes 12V to the cameras.

Each dome camera uses a fixed 3.6mm lens giving a wide field of view suitable for covering typical domestic driveways or shop entrances. The grey finish on the cameras and DVR housing suits external mounting on grey render, fascia boards and commercial premises where the equipment needs to blend into the building colour.

Yes. The DVR is a 4-channel unit, so it supports up to four cameras in total. Two dome cameras are included in this kit, leaving two channels available for additional cameras purchased separately. Compatible cameras must be AHD/TVI 4MP models.

Each dome camera includes infrared LEDs rated for night vision up to 25 metres in complete darkness. Actual range depends on ambient light conditions and whether the camera is pointed at reflective surfaces.

How do I view the cameras remotely?

Remote viewing works via the ESP HDview smartphone app (iOS and Android) or the included CMS software for PC access. The DVR must be connected to your home or office network via Ethernet cable or a powerline adapter.
