ESP HDview 4MP 4 Channel CCTV Kit - 2 Bullet Cameras, 4TB DVR - White

The ESP HDview is a 4-channel CCTV kit built around a 4TB hard drive DVR and two 4MP white bullet cameras with IP66 weatherproof rating and infrared night vision. The system records at 4-megapixel resolution continuously, on schedule, or triggered by motion detection, with remote viewing available via the ESP HDview smartphone app or CMS software on a PC.

Designed for residential and small commercial installation, the kit covers two zones out of the box and supports up to four cameras total. The bullet cameras use 3.6mm fixed lenses with approximately 25m infrared range, making them suitable for monitoring driveways, entrances, side passages and yards. Video outputs via HDMI or VGA allow connection to a monitor for live view or playback, and recordings can be backed up to USB for evidence transfer.

The 4TB surveillance-grade hard drive is pre-installed in the DVR, which runs silently without fan noise. The system operates via a central 12V power supply unit included in the kit, which powers both the DVR and cameras from a single mains connection. The DVR supports wired network connection or PowerLine adapters for remote access, and the mouse-driven interface allows scheduling, zone masking and playback without needing a keyboard.

Each camera housing is white ABS plastic with a black trim ring around the lens, and the cameras mount via an adjustable base bracket that allows 360-degree rotation and tilt adjustment. The IP66 rating confirms protection against dust ingress and heavy rain, making the cameras suitable for UK outdoor installation year-round.

Can I add more cameras later?

Yes. The 4-channel DVR supports up to four cameras total. This kit includes two cameras, leaving two spare channels. Additional ESP HDview 4MP bullet cameras can be purchased separately and added to the system.

What's the recording capacity with a 4TB hard drive?

A 4TB drive recording at 4MP resolution typically stores 2-4 weeks of continuous footage from two cameras, depending on scene complexity and motion levels. Scheduled or motion-triggered recording extends this significantly.

How is remote viewing set up?

The DVR connects to your router via Ethernet cable or a PowerLine adapter. Once connected, download the ESP HDview app to your smartphone and follow the in-app setup to register the DVR. Remote viewing works over 4G/5G and Wi-Fi from anywhere with an internet connection.

What's the night vision range?

Each camera has infrared LEDs providing approximately 25m night vision range in complete darkness. Actual range depends on scene reflectivity and the presence of ambient light sources.
