Description

The ESP Digivew HD+ is a complete 4MP CCTV system pairing a 4-channel DVR with four IP66-rated bullet cameras, a pre-installed 2TB surveillance hard drive, and all cabling and power supplies needed for installation. Each camera records at 4 megapixel resolution in both live view and playback modes, delivering sharper detail than standard 1080p systems when monitoring driveways, building entrances, or commercial premises.

Designed for residential and small business installation, the system supports continuous, scheduled or motion-triggered recording modes. The DVR connects to a monitor via HDMI or VGA output, with a mouse-driven interface for reviewing footage and configuring settings. Remote viewing works via the ESP HDview smartphone app or included CMS software for PC, accessible over a wired network connection or via a PowerLine adapter. The silent DVR operation makes it suitable for offices, retail units and light industrial premises where background noise is unwanted.

Each of the four bullet cameras carries a 3.6mm fixed lens and an IP66 weatherproof rating, allowing outdoor installation in exposed positions. The cameras feature infrared LEDs for day/night operation up to 25m in complete darkness. The grey finish on the camera housings provides a lower-visibility alternative to bright white casings when mounted on stone, brick or render walls. The 2TB surveillance-grade hard drive stores approximately 10-14 days of continuous 4MP recording from four cameras, depending on scene activity and compression settings.

Can the system be expanded to more cameras?

No. This is a 4-channel DVR, which supports a maximum of four cameras. If more camera positions are needed, a higher-channel DVR model would be required.

How is remote viewing set up?

Remote viewing works via the ESP HDview smartphone app or the included CMS software for PC. The DVR must be connected to a router via Ethernet cable, or via a PowerLine adapter if a wired connection to the router is not practical. Configuration is done through the DVR's mouse-driven interface.

What recording time does the 2TB hard drive provide?

Approximately 10-14 days of continuous recording from all four cameras at 4MP resolution, depending on scene activity and motion settings. High-activity scenes compress less efficiently and reduce total recording time. Motion-triggered recording extends storage duration significantly.
